Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, grip socks and gloves are mandatory in the studio. If you forget to bring them, the studio provides socks and gloves available for purchase.
To respect other members, the studio door will be closed 15 minutes after class begins. If you arrive later than that, it will be considered a no-show and one class credit will be deducted.
Some classes require a minimum number of participants to proceed. If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, the studio will notify you in advance.
Yes, but you must cancel at least 8 hours before the class starts, and during business hours. Late cancellations will result in a class credit deduction.
